ABOUT US: Xcape members learn a variety of dance and performance styles, including hip hop, jazz, and lyrical pop. They perform in different venues around the Lehigh Valley throughout the year. Occasionally they perform in larger venues, such Drumline Live at Giants Stadium in 2007.

GOALS: Xcape's stated goal is "to provide a positive alternative to the streets for the youth in one of Allentown's most at risk districts." Participants learn teamwork, positive coping skills, self discipline, and gain self-esteem and goal achievement--stuff needed in the "real world". And also the goal is to have fun, explore our loads of talent and learn new things while hanging with friends after school!

The program is FREE for those in the Allentown School District.

MORE INFORMATION: Xcape is open to students 9 to 22 years of age. Rehearsals are held at the Musselman Arts Development Center at 601 W. Hamilton Street (Corner of 6th and Hamilton).
