How do I contact you if I have a question?
You can call us between the hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. at 610-821-0345 ext. 128. If we cannot answer the phone at the time of your call, please do leave us a message. We will get back to you within two business days.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks** of ordering. International orders could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. **Northern States and Nationals DVDs ship in time for Christmas.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for Internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.
Due to heightened credit card fraud, we no longer accept credit card transactions if ordered from outside of the United States and Canada. If you are ordering outside of the United States and Canada, please call the YEA office at 610-821-0345 ext. 128. After the total is finalized, send a bank check or money order in US dollars to our office at 601 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa. 18101. Please follow the above procedures for ordering.
Does the YEA Store have a satisfaction guarantee, and what is your return policy?
We pride ourselves on offering only the finest professional licensed products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product(s) you wish to return or exchange to us within 30 days along with a letter explaining the reason for return, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount less shipping charges. Please Note: soiled or laundered garments cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a production error on our part. All other merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date we ship your order. To return or exchange an item, write your order number on the outside of the box and send it via UPS or Certified US Mail to: 601 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa. 18101. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us, as returns or exchanges that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference; you will only be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed your order.
Do I have to pay a duty or extra charge for delivery outside of the United States?
There are increased shipping charges commensurate with the destination of the order. If you are ordering outside of the United States, please contact the office at 610-821-0345 ext. 128.
Can I return my Canadian/international order?
Yes, the return policy is identical for international and domestic orders. We pride ourselves on offering only the finest professional licensed products to our customers.

Do I have to pay the cost of returning my order?
Once the shipment has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the charges of returning the product to our returns department. If the return is the result of a mistake made by Youth Education in the Arts, then the organization will pay for the return. Otherwise, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product. We will not do a “cash on delivery” return.

How do I request a catalog of merchandise?
Because we are mostly an Internet retailer, we do not print a catalog. All of the items we carry can be found at our online store at YEAStore.org, or on site at drum corps shows and at large regional USBands shows, USBands States, All-States, and Nationals shows.
What happens when an item is on back order or you are out of stock of an item?
Most items at the YEA Store are exclusive products that you'll find no where else. Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get out of stock and back-ordered products back into inventory as quickly as possible, however, the manufacturer of an item may also be out of stock which could cause a much longer delay.
The price, shipping cost, and shipping time for closeout/discontinued items varies on the availability of the item. The number of close/out-discontinued items ordered is subject to change. For example, if you order three closeout/discontinued items and it is discovered that only two are available, we will cancel the unavailable item and its price from your order and ship the two products we were able to obtain. It is not guaranteed that we will be reordering an item, so you will be contacted if an item you ordered is going to be on backorder or will be discontinued.
