The Wines:

A delectable assortment of Chardonnays, Cabernets, Merlots, and Pinots from select vineyards across the globe.  Undoubtedly, something to please every wine lover’s palette. 

The Menu:

Mini Beef Wellingtons, Filet Mignon on Croutons, Spicy Beef Tips, General Taos Chicken, Blackened Chicken Skewers, Shanghai Wings, Stuffed Mushrooms, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Assorted Sushi Rolls, Swordfish Dumplings, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Crab Rolls, Seared Tuna, Shrimp Cocktail, Filet Mignon with horseradish dressing, Penne Vodka, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pasta Salad, Green Salad, Crudités, Assorted Cheese and Pate 

Never-ending raw bar including mussels, oysters, shrimp, crab claws, seared tuna, clams, whole salmon

Led by Committee Members John Wagner, Greg Pych, Jim Messina and John Avella, the special Connoisseur’s Class will help dispel the uncertainties that come with wine, including origins, bottle and glass designs, ordering and tasting protocols and sensory exploration.
