Home show in Clifton will overflow with corps' colors
The Cadets are using the Clifton, N.J., Home Show as the informal kick-off to the 75th Anniversary of the corps to be celebrated in 2009.
As a part of that monumental event, we’re also forming the Maroon Platoon your chance to wear the colors and stand for the corps you love so much as an alumni or as a fan.
You’ve seen it before in arenas and football stadiums when fans all wear the same color to back their favorite football of basketball team. Its an awesome sight! Now the Cadets are giving you the chance to be the 151st member of the 2008 Cadets.
So make sure you have your maroon on this Saturday at Clifton to be part of the Maroon Platoon. Don’t worry if you don’t have anything maroon, the Cadets merchandise trailer will be parked in the west end zone ready to dress you from head to toe in the home team’s colors.
Watch for the Cadets to make the call to Maroon Platoon members throughout the season at the biggest events of the year and fun, interactive online events.
